Customer Data Privacy
The personal information requested from the customer at the time of the Test Drive is essential to INFINITI Europe (a division of NISSAN international) for processing the said Test Drive.
This personal information is centralized in a secured data base whose content can be accessed by service providers for exclusive technical reasons guaranteeing the security of the processing as well as the hosting. This personal information can be communicated to companies in the NISSAN group, including service subsidiaries and to members of the Infiniti dealer network, in order to supply the customer with a quality service adapted to his/her particular needs (via in particular customer satisfaction surveys, statistical and technical analysis, direct marketing campaigns, mystery shopping campaigns and any eventual recall campaigns) but also to look out for propositions to the customer about commercial offers that are always more beneficial to them. In this context, the personal information of the customer can be transferred to Nissan International, in Switzerland, which is considered a country assuring a high level of personal data protection (decision No.2000/518/CE), as well as NISSAN motor company, Ltd., in Japan and if required, at the companies of the NISSAN group situated in the USA, under a contract based on the Model Clauses published by the European commission. Some of the processed data can finally be communicated to third parties in trade relations with NISSAN, bound by a confidentiality agreement.
